The Yardlimit is a railfan website dedicated to North American diesel yard switchers. It is intended to be a general overview of purpose built switchers from Boxcabs to the first Gen-Set units. The site was begun in 1997 and is pretty much in maintenance mode these days as I'm not actively looking for new material. That’s Pier 2, Alaska Steam Ship company masts, in the background.
