Take the journey five pounds at a time and give myself a smaller reward for every five pounds and a bigger reward for every ten pounds. Every pound lost equals a $1 in a piggy bank to buy new clothes when I get to my goal weight. Every week of meeting my work out goals equals $1 in the piggy bank for new clothes. My ultimate goal weight would be to get down to 120 again.
