A job ad is posted to a job board, the candidate applies and the recruitment process begins. An e-mail containing links to assessment tests are sent. The tests are customized for the type of job advertised. Specify a cut-off level for the stanine test score. Candidates not reaching the desired cut-off level recieve an automated declination mail after a set time and the recruitment process ends. A video interview is sent.
