After my accidental chocolate brownie, I was determined to eat better for the rest of the week. However, the no alcohol rule was threatening to seriously disturb my nights out. A cheeky few on a Saturday night would be fine, surely? A few turned into a lot, though. No takeaway meant I was still craving something greasy the day after and I fear that I caved when walking past a McDonalds.

Starting to get as bored of reading the menu as me? I did cheat a little today. I had a square of dark chocolate. Naughty me! I was feeling a little weak, being a sugar fiend and all, so decided to take the opportunity to indulge in a treat. Also, pasta is not on the set menu, but it was all i had in to eat. What the diet doesn't tell you is what you can and can't have when you go for a meal. I went to a lovely Italian restaurant, which obviously served the usual calorie-ridden foods, like pizzas and pastas. Oh cheese! How I miss it! I didn't want a boring salad. Leaves on plate? I have had the exact same set menu as yesterday. It is possibly the worst de ja vu I have ever had. But today was the last day of almost starvation.
