Heaven and Eggs! | The Accidental Chef
https://accidentalchef.wordpress.com/2006/01/10/heaveneggs
January 10, 2006 at 3:57 pm. Being the mall rat that I am, I can’t miss the newly opened Heaven and Eggs resto by the right wing of the Glorietta 4 entrance(facing the mall). The country feel and well-lit interior, not to mention that busy atmosphere, draws diners to this place. Today, I finally found the best excuse to celebrate and I co-erced my mom to dine out since she’s leaving for the states tomorrow. My Angus beef wasn’t so bad either… but nothing really spectacular too. I love egg...Hehe… l...

I’m craving for – Homecooked Misi | The Accidental Chef
https://accidentalchef.wordpress.com/2006/01/18/misi
I’m craving for – Homecooked Misi. January 18, 2006 at 10:48 am. Early thing morning, I had this peculiar craving for something I haven’t had for a while. And a thought just hit me. For those who have no idea what this is made of, it’s actually a very plain dish made of thinly sliced lean meat of pork, cooked in its own fat, sauteed with a little bit of garlic, onions and black beans. Oh well, I might as well drop by shopwise on my way home to grab a fresh supply of skinless porkchops for my. Stir in bla...

Don’t you just miss that old sweet-spicy-meaty spaghetti goodness? January 14, 2006 at 5:46 pm. There are times however, when I just miss that good old-birthday party meaty sweet and spicy cheesy spaghetti that mom makes when I celebrate my birthday as a kid. It has this real meaty goodness of traditional filipino spaghetti. Today was one of those days when I wanted to make something in the kitchen and I just went for it – I decided to cook mom’s spaghetti recipe! I could surely use that tip! Address nev...

Delicious Eats and Treats. Saturday, March 24, 2012. One of our favorite cuts of meat is the Roast. I find that it is easy to prepare and can be slow cooked in either the crockpot or the oven. Do not use a pyrex. Instead use a roasting pan like this one. You might use more salt and pepper. Pre-Heat the oven to 500 degrees. Prep the roast by making 4-5 slits in the roast and filling the holes with salt, pepper and 1/2 of a clove of Garlic. Now Salt and Pepper the rest of the roast. Links to this post.
