A" is for.Andersons. Life at its most basic! Thursday, August 13, 2009. B" is for.Baby. We are so happy to welcome Adalyn Jem Anderson to our crazy family. She was born August 13th, 2009 at 3:58 AM. She weighs 6 pounds, 13 ounces and is 19 inches long. She came out bright pink and letting the whole world know that she had arrived by screaming so loudly that nurses from other rooms came in to see what all the ruckus was about. I'm not sure what has happened to June but it is gone as is July for the most part. I am a slacker on the posting front. I have no excuse for the lack of posts, but a promise to try and do better. Last night while wishing our father's a Happy Father's Day, I continued to hear the normal noises of Avalon getting to sleep. She was noisier than normal so I went to check on her after the call. She was asleep, but had decided that she needed to gather a "few" of her favorite things to cuddle up with to go to sleep. Iowa, United States.

Friday, July 11, 2008. We arrived in Twin Falls on Saturday and have begun to unpack and settle. The neighbors and people we have met at church have already been so kind and generous. I even went and subbed in a bunco group last night and got to meet a bunch of great ladies! The boxes and the mess are begininng to clear in some areas.I think I may have seen a corner of the kitchen counter earlier this morning! And, obviously, I have been able to find portions of the computer! I can't wait to read it all!
