Monday, August 1, 2011. Long time no see! We are completely moved and starting to get re-settled. The process of moving was easier than I thought and that was a huge blessing. We love, Love, LOVE our new place and are looking forward to the good times ahead! So, my solution is to do a quarterly update via email. Monday, February 21, 2011. I found a tutorial for a '90 minute shirt'. Made from old t-shirts. Exactly my style! I didn't follow the instructions exactly. I made my own trim because I was trying to use supplies I already had and I made a onesie instead of a shirt. But I think it turned out just great! T-shirt donated by our homegroup leader's wife! Our adventures in North Carolina and abroad. Amanda in Brazil: Part II. The next day we kind of hung around town in the morning until our tour of the lencois left in the afternoon. The Lencois are a massive area of white sand, spotted with little clear lakes. It's a remarkable view. The contrast between the forest below and the lencois is really striking. Walking over the ridge to see the white sand is something I'll never forget. A boat doing the same boat tour as us. This monkey ate like three coconuts.
