I have spent a couple of weekends in May travelling around the country, to Battambang and Siem Reap. A feature of these travels has been the election campaign processions, gatherings and other events that are taking place. Members of the Human Rights Party on the campaign trail. I delivered my final training session on Thursday, which went better than expected. The pace of work in the office has picked up a fair bit, but this sees me doing less as it is easier and faster for meeting to be conducted in Khmer, so it was nice to run training to an enthusiastic audience that showed my presence was still valued.
