June 30, 2011. It’s my birthday! 😀 According to Chinese tradition, the Chinese eat noodles on their birthdays. It is believed that eating noodles will lead to a long life, as the long strands of noodles symbolize a long life. This tradition is still believed by all the Chinese descendants, including in my family. And so today, my breakfast menu is Chinese Chicken Noodle! 500gr fresh egg noddles. 250gr chicken meat, skinned and cut into small pieces. 8-10 beef meatballs (optional). 1 stalk spring onions.
