Ew mortgage restrictions were introduced today as an attempt to cool down our realestate market and avoid the big bubble burst. Some of the new rules include lowering the maximum amortization allowed to 25 years down from the current 30. Making it tougher to qualify for a larger amount, and keeping payments lower.
