TICKS, POISON IVY, & BLACK BEARS: July 2009
http://grimeyrunner.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
TICKS, POISON IVY, and BLACK BEARS. PHOTOS AND STORIES FROM NORTHERN WISCONSIN. I've got a lot of work to do. My speed is decent for so early (8.5 min./mile) and I'm having no soreness to speak of.other than the blisters. I LOVE being back on the bike! I LOVE the hills! The running feels good too but there's something about the smooth rolling speed of the bike that keeps me coming back. Pure neglect. I have no other excuse. Ok, that's really all for now. Hope you're all well. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

But what I'm talking about now isn't family vacations, it's Spring. Are we there yet? I think we might have arrived.finally. Joel and I...

TICKS, POISON IVY, and BLACK BEARS. PHOTOS AND STORIES FROM NORTHERN WISCONSIN. Well we're less than ten days away from the Black Dog 50 Mile Fun Run so per Joel's suggestion I thought I should give you all an update and maybe some specifics for the weekend. I just covered that. Saturday, October 3rd. This is probably where I should be more specific. We'll meet at Cafe Wren. Everyone should plan to bring your own supplies. How many aid stations? How many do you want? Or whatever you think you might consu...
