There have been times when I was afraid but that's situational, not a matter of habit. OK, that's a lie also. It shouldn't be past-tense. There are. Bear and that's definitely. Course for one 25K lap and then do the course in reverse until we arrived at the campground hill road. Once at the road we decided to do laps until we had enough miles to hit the marathon mark before heading back to the car on the main paved trail. Back to my suffering. My speed is decent for so early (8.5 min./mile) and I'm having no soreness to speak of.other than the blisters. I LOVE being back on the bike! I LOVE the hills! The running feels good too but there's something about the smooth rolling speed of the bike that keeps me coming back. Pure neglect. I have no other excuse. Ok, that's really all for now.
