Years ago when I started cooking my own OJ Chicken, I did so in a Romertopf cooking vessel (a process of cooking food in a pot made from unglazed and natural clay.) Recently, while figuring out our weekly menus, I noticed this tempting recipe for Seared scallops with Blood Orange-Shallot Sauce.
