The Great Dorset Chilli Festival is cashing in on this trend and on the already internationally renowned native chili with its first ever festival. Allington hill apple juice 33cl bottle. 50ml of black cow vodka. Zest of half an orange. 1/2 cinnamon stick broken up. Before you do any think put the vodka in a shaker with the cinnamon and zest to let it infuse or stick a hole cinnamon stick in the black cow vodka a week before. Prepare a glass with crushed ice. Start with making your pastry, I use ruff tuff because it's fast and I love it. 500g cold butter, cut into cubes. Put the flour in a big bowl. And make a well. Put in the butter and salt and work them together with the fingertips of one hand, gradually drawing the flour into the centre with the other hand. Now while your waiting make your pesto. Monday, 6 February 2012. Day off I was in bed when I get a call asking if I can work, so on my bike and off to work I go. I am on cold today with one of the new but very slow guys, so got to make sure we are set. The slow guy is called Guy, I sent him down stairs to do prep, get him out the way! Digging my bike out.

Page to screen festival. 1bottle of nice pale ale. 2 yolks (free range). Melt the butter in a pan add the flour and cook out the roux. Add milk and ale keep mixing it with a wooden spoon so it does not catch. Now add the mustard, Tabasco,Worcestershire sauce and the cheddar keep mixing till all the cheese has melted.

Sea salt (Just a pinch). 175ml of white wine vinegar or enough to cover the eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients (apart from the fennel) to a pan and bring to boil.
