Eric and Ruth S. Saturday, January 8, 2011. Snow - Part 2. Got a new laptop and the video uploads A LOT faster! I asked Eric how much snow he thought we got over night since he has been out since 6:30 am plowing snow at the scattered sites - he guestamated that we got 8 inches. I guess my unofficial measure of 8 " was right on. The news there was officially 24 " of snow at the South Bend airport in the last 24 hours (this morning.). Here's another video of it. I'm on sabbatical until January 2012 and we decided to do another road trip to Phoenix to visit the Pauloviches. Eric and Ruth S. Tuesday, July 17, 2007. Phoenix Visit Part 2. I leave Phoenix tomorrow and this is my itnerary for the 48 hours after I leave Phoenix. Phoenix to Dallas/Fort Worth to Indy (by plane). Indy to Goshen (me driving). 24 hours later: drive to Columbus to fly to Houston. Too bad I don't get some sort of health credit for all of the miles my body will be doing! Eric and Ruth S. Friday, September 12, 2008. Maxwell Raleigh St. James. Such a big name for such a small, quirky maltese. Max was born March 12, 2000 and died September 11, 2008. He was only 8 1/2 years old. He started out as Gretchen's dog. She trained him well and taught him all sorts of tricks: roll over, shake, turn round, "stick 'em up", "bang, you're dead", wipe your feet and many more. Was pretty much decided when Jon and Gretchen moved into an apartment. That wouldn't take pets.
