John, Jenny, and our growing family. Thursday, May 21, 2015. Sweet Baby Lucy is no longer a baby! Last Sunday we celebrated with John's parents, my parents and the Moos family, as well as lots of Holton friends. Hanna and Grant even joined in via Facetime when we sang happy birthday! It was my first time making modeling chocolate for the cake. I was fairly happy with the outcome and it tasted much better than the fondant I usually make. Such as smarty pants! John, Jenny, and our growing family. Sunday, August 2, 2015. Even with all of the house and harvest chaos we were able to squeeze in a four day vacation with our good friends, the Noel family. John and Ryan knew each other in high school, lived together in college, and have remained close. Their family relocated to Holton a few years ago and our kids are close in age and truly enjoy being together. The amount of food they served was crazy! Lilly and John would happily have spent the whole time in the lake.

John, Jenny, and our growing family. Tuesday, November 25, 2014. Out back the footings are poured and we worked on cutting stucco out here as well. Lilly's room is done with the exception of the closet doors and cleaning up the wood floors. Lucy's room is getting closer. I need to get at least 2 coats on her trim and paint the closet doors as well. Both kids rooms need the ceiling fans installed and all of the outlets changed out. Friday, March 14, 2014. Chase's 8 Month Update. This precious guy is 8 months old. Each month I just can't believe he's a little older. He's been sick this week. I started back at the gym so he's been in the nursery there and it only took 1 week before he got sick! That sure didn't take long. But we can't keep these kids in the house forever! I'm just building up his immune system, right? He is on day 5 of diarrhea. I've been changing a minimum of 10 dirty diapers a day and his poor bottom is raw! It pop...

Friday, August 8, 2014. Anyways, he got balls, sand toys, a dump truck, and a ride on airplane. He was so excited about everything! I just love watching him take it all in and figure stuff out. He's amazing. But of course, I'm a little biased. Here is the party in pics. At his one year well check which was just on Aug. 4, he weighed 19.94 lbs which is 5th % and he was 28 3/4 inches tall which is 10th %! Go baby boy go! I'm ecstatic that he is growing! It's so much fun having him talk! I love this stage!

Tim, Jody, Leah, and Ella. Saturday, October 25, 2014. While my parents were in town for Leah's birthday, we planned a day at Eckert's. It was a perfect fall day full of apple and pumpkin picking. We managed to get there early, so the crowds weren't too bad. First up, the underground slide, even Papa Greg got a turn. We managed to get in on the last weekend of apple picking and I'm so glad we did, those apples were good! After apple picking, we went on the hunt for the perfect pumpkin. Leah's Photo a Day.
