I met an older arukihenro again at temple 78, Goshoji. I offered him o-settai; it seemed to embarrass him a little, but he accepted. The guy in the middle was one of the actors in the ninja show, the one on the right is a ninja throwing a star or knife or something at someone on the stage below (that ninja was played by a woman.) They often jumped or fell from such heights throughout the production.
