Just another WordPress.com weblog. Day by day training plan Week 1. June 21, 2008. A week ago I have never heard about technical clothes because I have always wore cotton t-shirts and normal short. Today I have bought an Adidas t-shirt and shorts made of Clima365. The label says: ” ….provides optimal solution for improved performance and greater comfort….”. If they work I will buy another couple. I bought Adidas t-shirt TEE AZNE for 24.95. And the pants are adiStar Baggy Shorts for 27.95. Blog at WordPre...

Just another WordPress.com weblog. Day by day training plan Week 1 →. June 20, 2008. Hello everybody. Today was my first training day in order to run a marathon. I have been running for 3 weeks but without any plan. Today I simply did a test to know how. I runned 4.4 Km in 24 min 54 secs. it means an average speed of 10.6 Km so, if I could mantain this speed for a marathon I would complete it in 3 hours 59 minutes which is not in the best of my age (32 years old) not even for women!

Who are we, and why this webpage? I'm just another obsessed Marathon Runner, based in Brisbane Australia. I've been frustrated for many years in not being able to find all Australian and New Zealand Marathons(42.195km/26.2miles), on the one page, SO, I created this webpage.
