Got a letter from the doctor who told me to lose 50 pounds. I'm pretty much pretending I didn't get it - because I've lost nowhere near that. You know that feeling you get when you've been working out hard for a few weeks, really sweating and watching your meals and then you get on the scale and nothing's different?
