This blog was a great idea and I've really gotten some mileage out of it - but what makes Loseit.com. So much more effective is that it gives you feedback. It tells you when you're screwing up and perhaps more importantly when you're on the right track. And I'm not just saying this because I've lost 13 pounds since starting on it.
