Cliff Watson (band leader). Added by Alan Wilson on 20th Oct 2011. It is with much sadness that we have to announce the recent death of Cliff Watson, trombonist and founder of the Stannary Jazzmen. Cliff ran the band for many years and enjoyed every minute of it. Although retiring from playing a few years ago he continued to support the band when we played in the Moretonhampstead area. 2013 The New Stannary Jazzmen.

Colin, who comes from the Reading area, played around London for many years before moving to Devon. He has a long association with Graham Hewitts Society Jazzband which is a well known and respected band around the home counties. Colin has been with The Stannary for the past 12 years but his services are in much demand by many and the appreciation of his fine playing include an association with nationally renown guitarist Tony Oreshko. Banjo and Tenor Guitar. Drums, Piano and Vocals.

Men jag var duktig och väntade med att öppna det tills i morse. Paketet innehöll en bok jag längtat efter att få läsa och hela 10 stycken garnnystan.
