Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tsp dried basil. 1 Tbs Olive oil. 1 can Fire Roasted diced tomatoes. Sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until fish is flaky. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.

In a 13X9 pan drizzle the 1 Tbs of Olive oil in the pan. Add in the tilapia. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until fish is flaky. And mushrooms so they got thrown.

Wednesday, May 20, 2009. It's hard to know how to feel about leaving here. It stinks that we have to leave friends, but it's also bad because we won't see Jason until we go to Hawaii.
