For the last 2 years, Test Kitchen has proudly served the Burlington community, providing a quality product and a beautiful atmosphere. It is with a heavy heart that I announce the closure of Test Kitchen effective Feb 1st. The people of Burlington welcomed me with open arms, and for that I will be forever grateful. We have developed many friendships and loyal customers over the years, and I shall miss them, but the time has come for me to pursue other endeavors.

We thought…maybe chefs are interns or ingredients are not known to be safe for consumption and need further research. Turned out none of that was true, the restaurant just called Test Kitchen. Testing out new recipes on my husband and kids. Friday, December 4, 2009. Hot Hoagies and Chicken Enchilada Pasta. Links to this post. Monday, March 9, 2009. 2 Tbs Olive oil. 1/2 large onion (diced). 5 button mushrooms (sliced). 1-2 cloves garlic (minced). 1 Italian zucchini (sliced). Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tsp dried basil. 1 Tbs Olive oil. 1 can Fire Roasted diced tomatoes. Sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until fish is flaky. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
