Changing Lives One Rep At A Time #ORAAT. Food of Day 15. June 18, 2014. I had more calories than normal today ( 2530). Tomorrow my goal is to be down between that 1700 and 1900 calorie mark. I believe this was due to arriving home late night and just grabing a rotisserie chicken from the local supermarket. I did not pull off the skin, which would have reduced the fat and calorie content.
