Heather's Happenings: To Spit or Not to Spit
http://heatherspost.blogspot.com/2009/01/to-spit-or-not-to-spit.html
Thursday, January 15, 2009. To Spit or Not to Spit. Ok, so the spitting story was good, but when you got to the bird pooping on Delaney I let out a good laugh! I am picturing you, Delaney, and the lucky leaf. January 15, 2009 at 11:03 AM. I agree with Jaclyn. Totally good story but as soon as I got to the bird pooping on Delaney's head, I totally laughed out loud! That was definitely something that needed to be shared. :-). January 15, 2009 at 12:15 PM. Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Vampires, Mummies and Christmas Eve. As I'm sure for most of you the holiday season has FLOWN by. We had a wonderful first Christmas in Finland. We attend church here with an American family from Utah (no they actually aren't Mormon), they invited us over for Christmas Eve dinner. We ate turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie. I do love most of Finland's food but a girl has to have her pumpkin pie! Tonight is New Year's Eve and there is quite a show going on outsi...

Heather's Happenings: May 2008
http://heatherspost.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 14, 2008. Stop and Smell the Sunsets. I had about 35 minutes until the sun said farewell. I watched families pick up sea shells and tourists take pictures of each other in front of the sunset. I watched the birds dive for their evening meal, felt the wind on my face, smelled the smell of ocean. What is it about the "smell" of the ocean? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Heather's Happenings: November 2008
http://heatherspost.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 23, 2008. It's Sunday evening and we just returned from a fun filled weekend visiting our future city of residence, Jyvaskyla. We met with a supporting church and Jason shared about our plans for the church plant. The Finnish church was warm and welcoming. We stayed with a WONDERFUL couple from the church who plan to be part of the church plant. You can't go in your bathing suit, you're living in Finland now! Do as the FINNISH do! I was shortly reminded that God has sent us and weather w...
