http://jsmhighlandmountainlife.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Friday, 30 November 2012. When up in the Ciste we met a few familiar faces all heading for different routes. We stopped to gear up at a large boulder about 75m below and to the right of No.5 gully. Approaching No.5 gully, geared up next to obvious large boulder. Hilarity at the 1st belay. Topping out, the boys are marching on! Monday, 26 November 2012. First taste of winter. http://jsmhighlandmountainlife.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Monday, 18 November 2013. After setting foot in snow last Friday the rain and warm temperatures returned and have striped what snow there was. I also put my hand to some route setting as well. Rich either checking timings or timing Joe? Good slick skills from the lads, made my day easy. Smiles all round o the summit. I got home a...

Friday, 28 February 2014. Re-discovering old hobbies and past times along with mountain and climbing work. I have been trying my hand and art lately and found a real enjoyment while doing so, this maybe due to the brilliant people of Room 13. 3 Pieces of Art I have done in the last 2 days. The standard routine of working and climbing has still been going on while I have been expressing myself or whatever art folks call it. Today I was working for Lochaber Guides. Central Adventures: Stumbling upon rocks, spying new talents and inspiring climbing.
http://jsmhighlandmountainlife.blogspot.com/2014/03/stumbling-upon-rocks-spying-new-talents.html
Monday, 10 March 2014. Stumbling upon rocks, spying new talents and inspiring climbing. Last week was a week of discovery and hard graft. The grim mountain conditions forced thoughts of winter mountain days and climbing off the list of what to do. With the summer season and crag work just round the corner the mind wandered to the thought of rock climbing outdoors. Indoor training was still consistent but Thursday and Friday there was a chance to do some prep work for Active Highs. A Tough New World.

http://jsmhighlandmountainlife.blogspot.com/2016_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 31 August 2016. Its been a long time. I am lucky enough to say I now work at the Edinburgh International Climbing Arena (EICA). On a part time permanent contract and have done since April 2015. This has me based in central Scotland while operating all over the UK working as a freelancer for a large and varied number of companies, providers, schools and local authorities delivering a wide range of activities and outdoor education. I am still on the path to making this a career. A Tough New World.
