They each have 2 dogs and each on lets their dog run over and threaten my pigs, chickens, and horses. I have 5 dogs and manage to keep them ALL in our fenced in yard. Adventures in Lake City. Monday, September 30, 2013. The last couple of weeks has been quite the whirlwind! We have added to our goat population and are almost up to 20 now. 4 More and we are all set for agriculture! I am proud of both of them! This was the senior class (Nathan's). Matthew's pig decided he didn't want to go back in his pen so he ran back out into the ring. I looked up after taking this picture and mouthed to Matthew, What are you doing? He said, I don't know! Wednesday, July 30, 2014. Alarm, alarm not . . . I set off the house alarm at the kitties' house. I do know the things that the alarm company wants to hear on such an occasion, so there was no consequence save for my embarrassment. However, there really was a "technical issue" with the alarm I know this because it is the exact term the technician used when he came out to repair it. Thursday, August 22, 2013. We have started keeping the front door locked to remind we humans not to throw the door wide and allow Snax to exit stage center. I was in the dining room at the computer when Snax came toward me using a call I have never heard from him. It was a rather alarming growly meow, in a low register. Decided to list it on eBay to see what I could get for it. I am quite satisfied with my progress. Out of 12 books I have sold 4 of them! Not bad for a few hours. Thursday, July 1, 2010. Here's some fun stuff I've made in the last week! Spaghetti with Pesto Sauce. Pesto sauce is rich and delicious! It's also great as a dip. Makes enough for 6 servings):. 2 cups fresh basil leaves. 1/2 cup olive oil. 3 tablespoons pine nuts. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese. 3 tablespoons softened butter. 1 Wash and dry the basil leaves. I cut the stems off. 2 Mix the basil leaves, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic cloves, and salt in a food processor until they reach a creamy consistency.
