Blog on Food and Fitness. Thursday, September 22, 2011. WellMonday was the start of the Paleo Challenge which means NO alcohol, NO dairy, NO gluten, and NO sugar for 8 weeks! Are you freaking kidding me? But I am working hard right now to make this happen, of course I always say that about 3 days in:) I did have a lot of fat yesterday in the form of almond butter and pesto so I will be hitting the breaks on those two items today, at least that high level of them! So here's to hopefully 8 weeks of Paleo!
