Wednesday, 19 August 2009. I keep meaning to recall what we do in Pilates. Last term was a classic series of mat work. This term is more like a gym circuit (6 sets in an interleaved order) which is done using pilates style approaches with kit such as balls and bands. I use a 55cm ball, and a purple dynaband. So Paul Laslett at Brightside in Southampton is really making me work on my running style and I'm finally getting back to something approaching my previous fitness and running speed.
