Tales from the Trenches. Wednesday, 22 December 2010. These were taken at 4pm today on my way to feed the sheep, these are this springs lambs, and should be tagged and on their way to market but we were sent the wrong pliers and the new ones have been in the post for 2 weeks now. I think the sheeps were worried when I stopped short and got the camera out rather than wrestle the sack of nuts into their troughs. And yes that ewe lamb at the front is having a pee! I didnt notice till I got the pic on here.

Tales from the Trenches. Friday, 18 March 2011. I meant to post this picture of F holding the lamb yesterday but forgot. It was taken on monday when she announced she had told everyone in her class about the new lamb and needed a picture of her holding it! I might slap a bit of sunscreen on as a couple of hours in direct sun and I will be a crispy critter, its so easy to get burnt at this time of year, all that winter pale skin. 18 March 2011 at 05:42. Tales from the Trenches. Sunday, 28 November 2010. Cold and Even Colder. Yesterday morning (saturday) we woke up to a sprinkling of snow, not enough to do anything with but very pretty. Richard came in saying that it had been -7c overnight but that all the water was still running.
