Tuesday, April 28, 2015. 4 oz of WARM lemon water. Coffee with almond milk. 1 waffle with jam. Iced coffee with a splash of maple syrup and almond milk. Salad with chicken, grapes and dressing. Snack was blueberries and Skinny Pop. Grilled Steak, Quinoa with roasted zucc, asparagus, red onion and raw carrots, dressed with this dressing. I subbed maple syrup for honey because we ran out of honey.and I added some dried basil. It needed more tang so I added more mustard. Overall pain level and locations:.
