The Reign of the Klutz. Tuesday, January 05, 2010. I am almost tired of walking around like a fat penguin. Shall endure for a few more weeks. Having mixed feelings. Learning new foods, one glass of wine at a time. 1 box of phyllo dough (contains two rolls). 2 16oz packages of frozen cut leaf spinach (thawed, drained, and as dried as possible). 1 large onion, diced. 1 12oz container of crumbled feta cheese. 4 eggs, lightly beaten. 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped dill.
