I love traveling and exploring countries through their unique flavors. I then recreate those flavor memories in my baking. I use the finest ingredients-Madagascar Vanilla, Vietnamese cinnamon, Callebaut chocolate, premium liquors, and fresh citrus. I have had the opportunity to take classes from some of the best cake artists and pastry chefs in the world. I cherish the time I spent with Marina Sousa, Colette Peters and Norm Davis. Thursday, May 26, 2011. DAY 32 - OUR FINAL DAY. I must take a minute out and acknowledge with a great big 'thank you' the forth member of our team, our RV. Even though we did do some back tracking, it actually turned out pretty good. As we headed back south, we were fortunate enough to see some additonal great sights such as the Old Colorado City and the Loretto Chapel. Oh such a problem. Now here is a brief 'facts sheet' of what we did:. We traveled through 6 states. We travel a total of 3,587 miles.
