Authenticity in current course materials. I think the authenticity of the teaching and learning material affected both the inputs and outputs of a course. Parents (for some parents) may be idiots to IT and internet. Some of them may think computers can help them learn better, but never imagine the adverse effects that it brings to their children. Sunday, January 31, 2010. Reflection on Language Learner Behavior in a Virtual Environment. Jannie Roed conducts a pilot project to explore language learner behavior in a virtual environment. The research subjects are 13 first and second year students of Danish at the University of Edinburgh and University College London. The findings show that language learners display different behavior patterns and such a virtual environment is advantageous to the shy and introvert language learners. Links to this post.
