The Peak Condition Project - Marissa: Day 57: 3%
http://thepeakconditionproject-marissa.blogspot.com/2010/03/day-57-3.html
Friday, March 12, 2010. So I weighed in today- I know I'm not supposed to be checking my weight, but my scale has a bodyfat measurer in it (who knows how accurate, but it's the only one I've got), and you have to let it weigh you to get to the bodyfat percentage part. The good news is that I'm down 3% in bodyfat! Busts out happy dance:. March 12, 2010 at 7:32 PM. March 12, 2010 at 9:25 PM. March 20, 2010 at 5:35 AM. Gonna bust out a Booyah, circa 1995! Sunday, January 31, 2010. Even though things have been busy, I still wake up and do the exercises that are mapped out in my diet and for the most part I have stuck to the diet 100%. I am looking forward to getting settled and beginning a new year, at my new place. Everything is getting much easier but I am sure the time is coming where alot more is demanded from us. Take Care and Cheers! Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Sunday, January 24, 2010. Friday, January 22, 2010. Thursday, January 21, 2010. This week...

The Peak Condition Project - Helen Jane: April 2010
http://thepeakconditionproject-helen.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 16, 2010. That went fast but slow. Hard but well, hard. I'm sad to say I didn't do this 100%. But I'm totally happy with my progress. I moved a household of four people and one dog during this process. As well, I have gone from having a 6 week old baby to a 4 month old baby. I've lost 26 pounds. Most importantly, I've learned how to eat again. Can't eat chips any more. I used to love them. Now they're disgusting. I'd rather have fruit. Friday, April 2, 2010. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Peak Condition Project - Marissa: Day 61: I have no idea what time it is.
http://thepeakconditionproject-marissa.blogspot.com/2010/03/day-61-i-have-no-idea-what-time-it-is.html
Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Day 61: I have no idea what time it is. So Daylight Savings Time began again this weekend, and it always throws me for a loop. When DST is in effect, my body loses all sense of what time it is. I know it's only an hour's difference from standard time, but I become so time-disoriented! You know how you usually have some semi-accurate internal clock? On the plus side, it is 6:30pm and it's still gorgeously blue-skied outside. I love springtime. March 16, 2010 at 7:09 PM. The Peak Condition Project - Erik: Day 67
http://thepeakconditionproject-erik.blogspot.com/2010/03/day-67.html
Monday, March 22, 2010. Anyways, enough about that, how about some food pictures! Up until about 2 weeks ago, I would bring my breakfast to work at eat at my desk (along with lunch and dinner). However recently as I have been trying to do my jumprope in the morning, I'm also trying to eat breakfast at home so I don't have to bring so much to work (and not spend as much time there either :). March 24, 2010 at 3:44 AM. I also wish I could jump automatically in the mornings. When will that happen? The Peak ...

Sunday, April 25, 2010. The Wrap Up Part 2: Final Thoughts. It's been a week and a half since Day 90, and I still can't believe how fast the program went! Can't say I have anything more original to say than what has already been said, but I can detail what going through and completing the PCP has done for me:. I have established better eating habits. 1) Eating and drinking till I am satisfied, not full. 2) Eating 5-6 smaller portions a day. 3) Eating healthy, well-balanced meals. Patrick/Chen, thank you ...
