All in all – a great day! Weight: 212.2 lbs. Pounds lost from reboot: 12.8 lbs. Pounds lost to date: 54.8 lbs. Favorite Juice of Today].

I didn’t feel any pain in my back or hip – so you win some, you lose some. I love my supportive loving husband and am so blessed to have healthy happy children. Enter your...

Juicing and running to a new and healthy me! Day 20 – Time Flies When You’re Having…Fun. The past few days have just flown by! Just to catch up – everything has pretty much been normal. After the run I took a couple days off to rest and recuperate, but then yesterday I got back to business. I’ve been staying steady at 211 – so yay? You won’t hear from me for the next few days – I’m going on a vacation with some friends. A no kids vacation – SO NEEDED! How is this going to affect my juice? Next post →.
Day 3 – Working on feeling human again | couch2reboot
https://couch2reboot.wordpress.com/2012/07/12/day-3-working-on-feeling-human-again
Juicing and running to a new and healthy me! Day 3 – Working on feeling human again. As it always is Day 1-5 you feel like crap. It doesn’t seem to matter how many times I go thru the first few days, I still feel like someone is smashing my head in with a hammer. I guess it doesn’t help that my daughter is obsessed with Dora the Explorer right now so I have her sweet (cringe) voice driving the nail in. Pounds lost from reboot: 2 lbs. Pounds lost to date: 48 lbs. Breakfast: Minty Fresh Berry. Enter your e...

Thursday, December 20, 2012. Calcium Fortified Orange Juice for Leg Cramps. I've decided this topic deserves its own little post because Calcium Fortified Orange Juice is such a miracle elixir to me. Like many people, I sometimes get leg cramps. So whether or not the calicium has anything to do with the magical cramp fixing properties of orange juice. Plain old orange juice might work fine, too, but I am sticking with calcium-fortified since I know it works and I benefit from the added calcium. So, anywa...

Couch to Tough Mudder
Couch to Tough Mudder. Monday, January 23, 2012. Day 60: Yeah, that was neither epic nor awesome. So last week didn't go to well. I'm not sure what happened. I got most of my pushups down, but I had a hard time with steps as well as getting some posts on here. I missed a day of Hip Hop Abs as well. Maybe it was too much? I've got some good news though. Yesterday was awesome, I got my first 20,000 step badge yesterday. Finally, wow, I've been doing this for two months now. The scary part of that? Consider...
